Tenant Submetering and Facility Management
Smart prepaid solution is a power management system that puts the user in complete control of the energy usage. It is an efficient solution offering water/gas integrations, with multiple currency recharges and billing options. The system is applicable for both residential as well as commercial projects.
Connected from centralized server, to manage and control the energy consumption efficiently. It features an inbuilt real time clock with an option of tariff programming. It also Identifies the amount of power consumption by each tenant, i.e., it makes electricity billing simple. It is programmed to prevent power failures at mid-night, holiday cut-off, weekends. Meters shall generate reports based on each day, month and yearly for each tenant. An electricity theft or tampering shall be easily recognized, by alerts either via email or pop-ups.
The meters have RS485 communication port, where the tenant can recharge from the landlord’s office. RF card with minimum amount shall be provided to the client for emergency purposes. Software shall be programmed to alert the user during the malfunctioning of the meter. Meters shall blink and sound an alarm when the credit value reaches below a certain value indicating the low balance in the meter.
